Jane joined Serco in 2008 as an Executive Assistant. For the last two and a half years Jane was Executive Assistant supporting the Group Operational Efficiency Team. She was an integral member and we all benefited from her expertise and positive outlook. Jane contributed not only professionalism, but a genuine interest in everyone around her with an eagerness to help whenever she could. Many of us were lucky enough to call her a true friend and she brightened our day with her laugh and vivcaious personality. We will remember Jane not only for her outstanding professional abilities and dedication, but for her infectious laughter, quick wit, and as a much-loved member of the team. There aren't the words to do justice to Jane and all she did. Her legacy will exist in the hearts and minds of the people whose lives she touched through knowing her.
